Julien Neel is a comic book author and director. In 2004, he created the series *Lou!*, which enjoyed widespread success and established itself as a major work of contemporary comics.
In 2018, he concluded the first cycle of eight volumes and embarked on a new phase with *Lou! Sonata, a second cycle in a fresh format, which follows Lou as she takes her first steps towards adulthood.
Building on this new narrative, Julien Neel explores hybrid forms of storytelling, at the crossroads of artistic disciplines. Together with the band Krystal Zealot, he has conceived and produced a narrative and electrifying soundtrack, designed as a musical extension of his universe.
To conclude the Sonata cycle, Julien Neel & Krystal Zealot are presenting an illustrated concert, the culmination of this multimedia project where music, imagery and storytelling come together on stage.
