Equicoaching COURSE | Life transitions: learning to ride the waves!

Enjoy an immersive 2-day experience with horses to help you through a period of personal or professional change. Set in a soothing, natural environment in Gonneville-sur-Mer, this equicoaching workshop will help you rediscover confidence, clarity and balance in the face of life's transitions.

Through ground-based experiences with the horses, time for reflection and small-group discussions, you'll learn to listen more carefully to your feelings, overcome certain blocks and identify the resources already present within you.

The horse, with its sensitivity and ability to react authentically, acts as a revealing and benevolent mirror to gently support change.
