Conférence : écrire pour vivre, dire et s’engager | Journées du Patrimoine

Through a lively, well-researched lecture punctuated by readings, this programme gives a voice back to women who have broken free from the roles traditionally assigned to their gender. Among them is Christine de Pizan, whose writing was initially a means of survival in a world shaped by and for men, before becoming a powerful tool for defending women’s rights. An event to give a platform to voices that have long been downplayed and to combat their erasure from history.
As part of the 2026 Journées du Matrimoine – Alexandra Destais and Joanne Génini – Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes.
