Date: Sunday 25 October 2026, from 2.00 pm
Venue: Soliers Sports Centre – Gymnasium
On the programme: 6 km and 1 km walks, and a stand promoting cancer screening and raising awareness, run by the Baclesse Centre.
• 2.00 pm – 2.45 pm: Welcome for participants and warm-up
• 3.00 pm: Start of the 6 km walk
• 3.30 pm: Start of the 1 km walk
• 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm: Refreshments, speeches and official closing ceremony with the presentation of a cheque, in the presence of a representative from the Baclesse Centre.
The town of Soliers is organising a charity afternoon featuring two walks in aid of the Baclesse Centre. This event has been organised by volunteers from the Espace de Vie Sociale. All registration fees and donations collected will be donated to the Baclesse Centre to fund breast cancer research.
An afternoon of sport and charity
Whether you’re a casual walker or an experienced one, take part at your own pace in a stunning setting.
Two routes to choose from
- 6 km walk – Starts at 3.00 pm (~1h30 – Route: Soliers → Bourguébus → Soliers)
- 1 km walk – Starts at 3.30 pm (~30 min – Route: country lanes and the Le Parc neighbourhood in Soliers).
Free entry for children under 12

Dress code: come wearing something pink!
Centre Baclesse stand:
The Centre Baclesse will be present throughout the afternoon with an information stand on cancer, prevention and raising awareness of cancer screening. Professionals from the centre will be on hand to answer your questions and chat with you.
Participation and donations
The registration fee is €5, all of which will be donated to the Centre Baclesse.
Would you like to do more? You can also make an additional donation to the Centre Baclesse when you register. A tax receipt can be issued.

- at L’EVS during opening hours;
- on the day of the event, before the start.
