Presentation by Olivier Cantat, geographer and climatologist, member of the Normandy IPCC and lecturer and researcher at the University of Caen. This talk will provide a better understanding of the local effects of climate change in the Caen-la-Mer area, changes in flood risks, and the solutions and measures being implemented by local stakeholders to adapt to these changes.
