A poetic stroll through the city of Caen. Standing in front of the houses where they lived or spent time, the tour guide will read a few verses by the poets who, in the 17th century, brought fame to Caen – nicknamed ‘the Athens of Normandy’ by the Franciscan friar François Martin – namely the poets Malherbe, Segrais, Bertaut, Boisrobert, Vauquelin de la Fresnaye, Vauquelin des Yveteaux, Sarasin, Colomby and Moisant de Brieux.
A tour led by Pierre Bonard.
