Quiet interiors, sea views and minimalist swimming pools come together to form a world that is both intimate and contemplative. Inspired by Edward Hopper and David Hockney, I explore light, anticipation and well-being through geometric and luminous compositions. An invitation to daydream in a world suspended between reality and fantasy. The swimming pool theme is an idealisation of scenes achieved by simplifying architectural elements. The minimalist space allows inanimate objects to evoke human emotions. The composition is based on large, simple geometric shapes derived from architectural elements, emphasising vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines. These canvases embody dreams, melancholy, light and anticipation. Interior Light: The lamp, an inanimate object, symbolises an intimate interior space. Its mere presence foreshadows warmth, serenity and inner well-being. These compositions present a constant interplay between the exterior and the interior, between a boundless space and an intimate interior.The figures are often absent, lending the seashores of the Côte Fleurie a slightly nostalgic silence; they are subtly reimagined, transcended by the presence of an orange armchair bathed in light. The minimalist space, characteristic of artistic idealisation, allows the architectural elements to come to the fore whilst leaving room for emotion.

The strategically placed orange armchair becomes the focal point, glowing in the soft morning light. The intense brightness highlights every detail, creating a play of light and shadow that accentuates the mysterious atmosphere.
