The estate is maintained without pesticides and in an eco-responsible approach to limit the impact of its activities on the environment (recycling, water and energy management, organic products, dry toilets, etc.). Since 2020, more than 1000 trees have been planted there to improve biodiversity. Some wood species, such as willow, are used for making sets and costumes.
