The exhibition "An armada under the waves: the wrecks of the Normandy Landing" invites you to discover the 150 or so underwater remains that still lie off the D-Day beaches and bear witness to this event.
It illustrates the research carried out over the last thirty years by amateur divers, but also by American, British and Canadian archaeologists and hydrographers, and more recently by the DRASSM. The exhibition will be presented for the first time in Ouistreham Riva-Bella in the Nautical Activity Center, a place dedicated to the diffusion of a nautical culture accessible to all publics.
An event proposed by the Normandy Region and the DRASSM (Ministry of Culture).
Open from Tuesday to Saturday.
